FLAG (Fisheries Local Action Group) is pleased to announce that after the windy yet very successful first Herring Fair, we are returning on the 9th and 10th November to The Stade Open Space.
This undercover event features entertainment with local musicians, stalls and demonstrations; films and talks; children’s activities; and a ‘blessing of the nets’ ceremony.
This free, undercover fair has firmly been put on the diary for not just herring lovers, but seafood lovers across the region.
Eat @ the Stade is getting into the spirit of things with a fishy themed activity sheet for junior herring-hunters and a great specials board featuring the silver treasure and lots more besides.
