Currently the news is full of reasons that remind us why we do what we do: sell good quality, traceable food that we are proud of. Our beef is reared in Poole, never leaves the country and is made into burgers by our trusted local butchers, Fishers. The only addition to the 100% minced beef is the seasoning. Likewise, our sausages are made by the same butchers from English pork which has the same level of traceability and an equally attractive short list of ingredients (rusk,seasoning – that’s it). Both are Red Tractor approved so you can choose with confidence that you are getting what you are expecting.
